Flight tracking that actually moves the pickup.

Passenger enters a flight number at booking. The system tracks it and moves the pickup when the airline publishes a change. Large changes are flagged for the dispatcher. Everyone is notified with the old time and the new time.

How It Works

From booking to pickup.

  1. 1Passenger enters the flight number when booking an airport pickup.
  2. 2As the flight date approaches, polling frequency increases: every 6 hours, then hourly, then every 15 minutes.
  3. 3When the airline publishes a delay or early arrival, the pickup moves automatically within your ceiling.
  4. 4Passenger, driver, and dispatcher are notified with the old and new times.
  5. 5A large change or a cancelled flight is flagged for dispatcher review instead of moving silently.

Who It Helps

Everyone involved in airport transfers.

Dispatchers

See all flights on the board with current status. Plan driver assignments around actual arrival times, not scheduled ones.

Drivers

No more sitting at the airport for an hour because a flight was delayed. Get notified when the new arrival time is set.

Passengers

Arrive to find a driver waiting. No stress about whether the car service knows about the delay. They do.

Benefits

Why flight tracking matters.

Live Flight Status

Passenger enters a flight number at booking. The system queries AeroDataBox for status updates automatically. No manual checking.

Automatic Pickup Adjustment

When the airline publishes a delay, the pickup time moves. Early arrivals move the pickup earlier too, not just delays. Drivers arrive when passengers do.

Operator-Set Ceiling

You decide how far a pickup may move automatically. Changes beyond your ceiling are flagged for dispatcher review instead of moving silently.

Cancellation and Large-Change Alerts

A cancelled flight or a change beyond your ceiling is flagged for the dispatcher. No silent surprises on the day of service.

Everyone Gets Notified

The passenger, the driver, and the dispatcher are all told when a pickup moves. Each notification shows the old time and the new time.
