Limozly provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) for chauffeured transportation operators, including:

  • Customer relationship management
  • Pricing and invoicing tools
  • Driver and fleet management
  • Reporting and analytics

Limozly is software only. We do not own vehicles, employ drivers, or provide transportation services directly.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update your information if it changes
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Provide valid payment information
  • Authorize recurring charges unless you cancel

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the Service for any illegal transportation activities

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. We claim no ownership over your customer data, booking records, or business information. You grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide the Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Limozly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. We will retain your data for a reasonable period to allow data export, after which it may be deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
