Frequently asked questions

Are there per-trip fees or commissions?

No. Limozly charges a flat monthly subscription only. We take 0% of your rides and there is no per-trip fee. You keep 100% of what you earn.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Monthly plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. Annual billing is optional: you pay for the year up front and save the equivalent of two months.

Is there a setup fee?

No. There is no setup fee for any plan. Start your 14-day demo and only pay when you go live. The only one-time setup fee is for the optional WebSuite website (see below).

How do I change plans?

A company admin opens Billing in the dashboard and picks a new plan under Change Plan. Before you confirm, you see the prorated credit for the rest of your current period and the charge for the new plan. The change takes effect immediately and the prorated difference appears on your next invoice. Moving to Enterprise is arranged with our team.

How do I cancel?

A company admin opens Billing and clicks Manage Billing, which opens the secure Stripe billing portal where you cancel. There is no cancellation fee. Your account stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and Billing shows the date it ends.

How do card payments work?

You connect your own Stripe account. Your customers pay you directly at standard Stripe rates. Limozly adds no markup and takes 0% of your rides.

How many SMS are included, and what happens if I run out?

Each plan includes SMS every calendar month: Starter 500, Essential 1,500, Professional 5,000, Enterprise 10,000. At 80% you get an alert in the dashboard and by email. You can buy an SMS pack ($99 one-time) with one click from Billing; pack credits are used after the monthly allowance. If the allowance and credits run out, SMS pause until the next month and the same messages go to your passengers and drivers by email instead. Email never stops.

Do you offer professional services?

Yes. Setup, data migration, training and integrations are available at $75 per hour, sold in 2-hour blocks ($150 per 2-hour block).

What does WebSuite cost?

WebSuite is your company website with booking built in. It costs $359 one-time setup plus $59 per month per website, on any plan.

Can I switch from another system?

Yes. Data migration is included on Enterprise. On other plans our team can do it as professional services. Contact us for a migration plan.

How does the 14-day demo work, and what is unavailable during it?

Your demo includes the platform with these limits: 50 bookings total, a $1.00 AI spend cap, add-ons unavailable, and marketing messages blocked. Booking messages to passengers and drivers still go out. Once your paid subscription starts, the limits of your plan apply.
